Contractual Terms
These terms describe the rights and obligations that apply when you visit, interact with, or transact on JKC Sports platforms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile experiences, and digital services operated by JKC Sports Private Limited. By accessing or using any part of our services you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must be at least 13 years old to access our public platforms and 18 years old to enter into transactions, submit sponsorship proposals, or participate in paid programmes. When you create an account or register for events, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, anti-doping regulations, and venue guidelines.
All purchases are subject to availability, confirmation of payment, and specific terms displayed at checkout. Refunds or exchanges are governed by the individual event or merchandise policy. JKC Sports reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit orders to prevent fraud or abuse.
All logos, player images, broadcast footage, audio clips, text, design systems, and software are owned or licensed by JKC Sports. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without obtaining prior written authorization.
By submitting content (such as stories, testimonials, artwork, or match footage) you grant JKC Sports a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for promotional or archival purposes. You represent that you have the necessary rights to share such content.
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JKC Sports disclaims all warranties (express or implied) including fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JKC Sports, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, compromised platform security, or infringed the rights of others. In such cases, we may also remove any related content or block future access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through the JKC Sports Grievance Officer. Failing amicable settlement, the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
